Narrative

We have been learning how to write narratives. Here is a narrative I have written about a girl with her plane.

Once not so long ago as the sun was about to set, Sky went outside. Sky was a blonde tall beautiful person, she cared about everything. She went outside to fly her plane with her red trolley. The plane was small and purple. She got her remote out, picked up the plane and it flew up into the sky. It glided smoothly and did loops and twists.

Suddenly the plane lost control and got stuck high up in the old oak tree. She tried to get it out by flying it with the remote control but it didn’t work. So Sky started climbing the old oak tree.

As she got to the top, she reached out to grab the plane but the branch broke.  She slipped and fell all the way to the ground. Her arm was broken. “Help, help I broke my arm!” she shouted in deep, deep pain. Her mum heard her shouting in pain and raced out of the house. She quickly ran to get her daughter.  “What is wrong my darling?” her mum squealed. “I broke my arm and it hurts,” Sky cried.

Her mum raced back home and she rang for help. The ambulance came as quickly as they could. Finally they were there. The ambulance officer put her in the back of the ambulance with her mum so she felt safe. They zoomed to the hospital. They put her arm in a cast to help her hand get better.

When she returned home her mum said, “you are not going outside unless you ask me first,” her mum explained.
