This year we have been practising streamlining our arms and legs. We had Swim Safe to teach us how to survive when a current or a rip is sucking you in. We also have been practising our breathing technique with Swim Safe.
I can swim a length of the pool.
I am good at floating for over 3 minutes when I'm getting sucked out to sea!
I need some work on keeping my hand up when I am trying to signal for help!
